Rental conditions
ATTENTION! One booking is made per day. Booked tents must be picked up and returned between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., if no other agreement has been reached with the Roof Tents in advance.§ 1. As a lessee, you are responsible for tents and any equipment you rent from us during the entire rental period.
§ 2. In the event of damage or loss of any product during the rental period, the lessee will be charged the repair cost or the purchase of a similar/equivalent product. Unreturned product or that the product has been replaced with a similar product is equated with theft and reported to the police.
§ 3. The lessee may not lend, sell, pledge, rent or transfer the products without written consent from Roof Tents.
§ 4. The rental cost is paid either directly when booking online or upon collection. No booking is valid until payment has been received, as long as no other agreement is reached.
§ 5. The roof tents are responsible for the products being in working order. In the event of a fault with the products, this must be reported to Taktältarna as soon as possible.
§ 6. The products are not insured through the Roof Tents. The lessee is responsible for having sufficient private/home insurance.
§ 7. Valid identification (driver's license/passport/equivalent) is a requirement when renting.
§ 8. The lessee is responsible for the products being used only in the manner intended for them.
§ 9. In case of cancellation up to and including three days before the start of the rental period, the entire rental amount except the first day's rent is refunded, regardless of the reason. In case of cancellation later than three days, the full rental amount will be charged.
Right of withdrawal?
You, as a renter, have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the time you made your reservation.

Bookings that have already been collected will not be refunded.
§ 10. The rental agreement is valid regardless of the weather.
§ 11. All our prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

§ 1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices shown on our website are inclusive of value added tax (VAT).
The applicable price is the one specified for the product in question at the time of the order. Prices may change from time to time without prior notice and we reserve the right to any inaccuracies.
Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.

§ 2 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right to cancel.
§ 3. DELIVERIES
The delivery time is specified in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method.
§ 4. RETURNS
Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective. Returns must be sent as a package. Contact us at info@taktaltarna.se if you wish to return an item.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return it to us.
§ 5. OBLIGATION TO REFUND
We shall, if you have exercised your right of cancellation, refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the notification that you have canceled. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.

Privacy and personal data policy
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. The roof tents will not use your personal data for anything else or share/sell on to third parties.
When you participate in a survey from us, we collect and store the responses you provide to analyze it at an aggregated level. The data is neither shared nor sold on to third parties, but is handled only internally at Taktältarna.
If you agree to our newsletter, the email address is added to our system for managing email dispatches. You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time.
