Terms of Purchase

§ 1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices shown on our website include value added tax (VAT).

The applicable price is the one stated for the current product at the time of order. Prices may change from time to time without prior notice and we reserve the right for any inaccuracies.

Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method.

§ 2 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) applies for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clearly stated that you withdraw. The withdrawal period starts the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep the item in as good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully inspect it. If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

You must ensure that the roof tent is placed on a pallet properly secured for it to be returned. 

§ 3. DELIVERIES
Delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipping method.

§ 4. RETURNS
Returns are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective. Contact us at info@taktaltarna.se if you wish to return an item.

§ 5. REFUND OBLIGATION
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we shall refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You pay the return shipping costs when you send back the item. We always pay the return shipping cost for sending back so-called replacement items.
