The roof tents are nominated for Almi's Grand Prize at the Gold Gala in November.

The Gold Gala is a gala that recognizes and celebrates successful companies in Jämtland and Härjedalen (Taktältarna has its headquarters in Åre).
The nomination reads:
Taktältarna is a company in Åre founded by roof tent enthusiasts. They sell and rent high-quality roof tents. The goal is to get more people to discover the charm of having the tent on the car roof and make it easy for people to get out on both small and large adventures. The company started in 2020 and has been a major contributor to making rooftop tents one of the hottest outdoor and vacation trends right now.
Daring to change tracks and invest in something new and untested in a successful way requires both courage and action, and that makes the roof tents an example for many.
