For several summers, Taktältarna has offered the rental of roof tents in Stockholm, before the summer camping season a showroom with roof tents is now opened in the same premises in Västerhaninge, just south of Stockholm.
- Ever since we started with rentals, the interest in roof tents has only grown and we constantly receive calls from curious people who want to come and squeeze and feel a roof tent, says Anders Ekroth at Taktältarna Stockholm.
- By opening a showroom with rooftop tents in Stockholm, we can offer many more people the opportunity to discover the freedom of living on the roof. We know that many people for this year's holiday are looking for cheaper and more enjoyable alternatives than, for example, the charter trip, and this is one of them, says Taktältarna's founder Elisabeth Standár.
In the future (when we have roof tents at home again!) we will also keep stock on site, which means you will be able to pick up your roof tent in the showroom in Stockholm and avoid the shipping cost!
Opening hours Roof tents showroom Stockholm
To begin with, the showroom is open every Sunday between 12-2pm, starting Sunday 26 March 2023. Before the summer, the opening hours will be extended. Drop in!
