Åreskutan 2.0 XL

For those who want plenty of room - let us present the Åreskutan XL! A roof tent for up to five people, perfect option for large families.

Åreskutan XL is a full two meters wide. Thanks to the width, you can choose to sleep both lengthwise and crosswise inside the roof tent.

In the roof tent are two mattresses of 100x235 centimeters each (thickness: 8 cm). If you want, you can put up a wall and suddenly you have two rooms each with an entrance and two telescopic ladders.

To mount the Åreskutan XL on your car, the car roof must have an approved maximum load of at least 100 kilos. We also recommend using 3-4 roof racks.

To mount the Åreskutan, your roof rails and car roof must have an approved maximum load of at least 75 kilos.

The roof rails must have at least 72 centimeters of "clean rail", i.e. without protruding plastic parts from the feet.

We recommend that you use the roof rails where the beam is on top of the feet and that you place the roof rails at least 80 centimeters apart.

The roof tent is delivered complete to you. The only thing you need to do yourself is screw the mounting rails to the bottom of the roof tent and screw the steps. The tools to do this are included.

Shipping cost for the roof tent Åreskutan is added with SEK 1,499 for home delivery.

We ship from our warehouse on Wednesdays and Fridays. Delivery time is normally 2-7 working days, depending on where you live.

There is also the possibility to pick up your roof tent (free of charge) at our warehouse in Storfors, Värmland.
