To arouse curiosity and inspire more people to try roof tents - that is the goal of Roof Tents' new film! With it, we want to give you a feel for what the thing is about roof tents. Feel free to share it with your friends - most people who haven't seen a roof top tent before will drop their jaws!
The film shows how easy it is to set up camp and pitch a roof tent. In just a couple of minutes, you go from parking to ready-made camp. Forget rocks and roots sticking up through the tent fabric. With a roof tent, you can always enjoy a good night's sleep on a thick mattress, regardless of what is on the ground.

It is the convenience and simplicity of roof tents that make many people call it glamping, we call it camping at a high level :)
We personally think one of the biggest advantages of roof tents is that it becomes so easy to go out on both small and large adventures. When the tent is mounted on the car, you can quickly set off. We like to be able to stand out spontaneously and quickly - preferably right after work somewhere in the local area, just to brighten up a crappy Monday! Enjoy nature and have a good time in front of a fire.
We like to look for tent sites with beautiful surroundings, lake views and privacy. The film was shot just 10 minutes from the Taktältarna office, a couple of miles outside Åre.
