We are repeating last year's success and invite you to a roof tent gathering in a magical mountain environment in beautiful Kall, Åre.

It will be a weekend full of adventures, inspiration, and above all; GREAT HANGOUTS. Spontaneous and simple. This is a perfect opportunity to meet and get to know other roof tent enthusiasts, be inspired, and learn from each other.

Who is this event for?

This is a community event exclusively for those who have a roof tent from Taktältarna. The order confirmation serves as a ticket.

It is also an event for those who enjoy wild camping! The place we will meet is not a campsite with facilities. There is an outdoor toilet and a lake to swim in!

Throughout the roof tent gathering there will be:

• Playground for children
• Opportunity to book a fishing trip or just an exciting boat ride on Lake Kall with master fishermen Fredrik Beck.

13:00 - 13:30 – First aid for roof tenters

What do you do if someone gets injured on a trip? Marcus Dahlberg, nurse and outdoor enthusiast, shares practical tips on first aid, preparations, and how to handle common situations in nature.

14:00 - 14:30 – Demo of Aqiila products

Aqiila is a Scandinavian brand for smart accessories on trips — power stations, solar panels, power banks, lighting, and other items that make life easier when you are away from the power outlet. Take the opportunity to test, ask questions, and see what actually works in the field.

16:00 - 16:30 – Pack like a pro

The roof tenters Björn and Joanna show how they pack their pickup for a summer on the road. It will be a conversation about the gear you never want to be without on a roof tent trip and how to bring it along in the best way. A session where we hope for many contributions from you visitors so we can share tips with each other!

18:00 – Group dinner

20:00 – Quiz with a chance to win great prizes

Sunday

11:00 – Group hike up to the mountain peak Suljätten

A relatively small effort for a great experience! We travel together by our cars to the starting point which is about half an hour from the roof tent festival. The hike is 3 kilometers one way to the top and a total ascent of 345 meters. It is quite steep at the end, but not a long distance.

Once at the top, you are treated to breathtaking 360-degree views over Lake Kall, Åreskutan, Skäckerfjällen, and much more.

The roof tenters offer grilled sausages for lunch. Be sure to bring plenty of water both for the hike and for lunch!
